From where we stand the rain seems random.

If we could stand somewhere else, we would see the order in it.

It was month of July 2012, when it was decided by programme officer of Waisnagar block, Samastipur that barren lands of block can be used for boundry plantation.

It was not an easy decision as block at that time was facing certificate case against unfruitful expenditure in lieu of plantation. But well supported by GP as well as senior, story has been written.

Without gabbion and merely 1.2 lakh rupees expenditure per unit almost 100% survival of plants survived and nurtured. These plants are worth more than crore.

Species of plant selected here is Arjun, Mahogini and green semal. Reason brhind this was that as work site is an intense public domain so fruit plants may be damaged.
